Other requirements: Technical Requirement The show is an ad hoc project created only for the predetermined space; there could be further technical requirement to satisfy and any modifications to the followings; Everything concerned the service audio/light (see the attacched specifications) must be found in loco and must be charged to the organization; The company will begin the set up and the rehearsal at least the day before the show day; After the show it will follow the disassembly. The company requires: the use of all the spaces of the building see fit to the show performance(roofs, windows,...); delimitation of the areas below the building of the show.The total closedown of the traffic will be apply only during the show and just in the necessary spaces; One heated room with one table and chairs, with availability of toilets, near the building of the performance; the presence of traffic police to agree the hours for the rehears of possible aerial crossing of the space in front of the building of the show (if opened to the traffic) with cableway . The traffic police or an appropriated security serice must be present also during the show to avoid the odience enter in the delimitated areas. Availability of anchor points in the area opposit to the building of the show(solidly trees or street lamp, columns, statues, ...)for aerial crossing with cablewy; Full availability of the space in front of the building of the show; All the necessary authorizations for the development of the event and the comunication of the same (and the relative rehearsal) to all qualified low and order members (police headquarters, traffic officer, police and firemen); Availability, in the day of the performance, of one representative of the organization. For everything concerned the light points and the standby of the pubblic lights, the represrntative is the technical chief of the company. The data sheet is integral part of the agreement and both must be signed. Point out that: eventi verticali is a company that produces shows and events for open spaces and organizes interdisciplinary demonstrations in Italy and in all Europe. His members since about five years deal in vertical theatre and boast a mountaineering experience since more fifteen years; the operators of eVenti Verticali are regularly certificated as superintendet to the system of access and positioning by ropes(D.Lgs 235 of 8 july 2003); as sport society operating in the performance area with the use of techniques in theory risky, eventi verticali, his members and his partners, engaged with regulars contracts, are all covered by appropriate insurance; The insurance covers beyond the damage to third party and to things caused by performance's activities or related to it ( assemblings and rehearsals ); eVenti Verticali anyway commit oneself to don't damage utilized places, to don't dirty and to keep intact them. eVenti Verticali is availables to sign whichever releasing concerning the damages caused by activity performance that could damage the actors,the palace's stucture (walls, tiles,drainpipes,...) or the third party. the use of the pyrotechnics in the show never damaged any building. Anyhow if it will be used, they will be positoned in a safty point. The use of this kind of pyrotechnics doesn't need any licence. Work Surface The first intervention is the armament of the anchor points, creating belts around structures of masonry or rafter of demostrated robustness. In each anchor point correspond one rope, in each rope correspond one performer. It will be utilize bias binding, cord and semi-statics ropes Ø 10 or 11mm sheathed into plastic pipe to avoid the crackling on the structure. The sheathe is a supplementary security because the ropes are purpose-made to supply the crackling of the rocks. After this operation it wil be placed a snaplink in the external; in this way the rope attachet will not crakling into any obstacle(ledge, psrspet,...). In anyway the building will be covered with carpet(wall-to-wall) whereas the rope risk to crackling it. When all the anchor points and the ropes are placed, it will proceed to the test, checking all the material while an operator is hanged to one rope at the time next to the ground. Cableway: it's a semi-static rope Ø 10 anchored to the building of the show and to the other side, crossing the odience space, to one appropriated point. The anchors points will remain in loco during the day of the set-up, rehearsal, show and disassembly. The ropes wil be draw inside the building during the breaks. Only after the test of the safety of the set-up, it will proceed to the rehearsal of the show.
