…un viaggio nel tempo e nei sentimenti
Vestiti con eleganti abiti di foggia secentesca, il volto e il capo coperti di argilla bianca, una decina di attori attraversano la città con leggerezza, capaci di creare un’atmosfera di assorto silenzio, di stupito incantesimo. In un procedere di contrappunti e fughe, gli attori vivono la città (con le sue vie, le fontane, i monumenti, gli edifici…) ricreandola e trasformandola in una dimensione magica e atemporale, in un intarsio mitico e favoloso.
L’azione scenica non è costruita solo attorno ai luoghi e alle cose, ma anche intorno alle emozioni e agli atti emotivi, come l’amore, la gelosia, il bacio, il riso che gli attori affrontano con ironia, ora lieve, ora marcata. E il sentimento, enfaticamente simulato, è come gridato nella fissità delle figure in posa, nelle iperboli, nelle metafore.
La parola lascia il posto alla pura immagine, capace di suscitare emozioni e di evocare atmosfere ora sensuali, ora giocose, ora tenui e malinconiche.
