	Interpretations are countless, theatre criticism and scientific research are inquiring without finding a univocal answer ,sociologists are debating: what's hidden behind the word "brainstorming"? Is it maybe the story of a child boy who, struck by a lightning, turned himself into a multiform and delighted frankenstein junior? Or is it Arturo Brachetti’s younger brother? Or ,more ,a cartoon escaped from its cartoonist’s hand? Might it be a puppet that ,free from its threads, gets crazy out of the happiness of wearing all the other puppies’ dresses? Or maybe a night-dj, that choosing wide-ranging records all the time, ended up to turn the music into real live characters? Nobody know it and presently, all the answers are possible. The only certain thing is that, for forty minutes, a thread line will bring on stage, all together and all as protagonists, some of the big stars of music, entertainment and art, in a kaleidoscope of forms and colours, sour and funny , funky and rock ,coaxing and clipping , such as newborn babies, (all together, as together its show up newborn babies) painters, actors, singers, cartoons characters, from Marylin Monroe to Elvis Presley, from Bob Marley to Michael Jackson, from Superman to the last beautiful Miss Italia. How all this might happen, remains a very funny mistery. We only know for sure that Pier Massimo Macchini, the "Brainstorming " protagonist , lives in Fermo in a street exactly fifty steps away from what was, until 1996, the Psychiatric Hospital of the town, and it is right there, that a young Pier Massimo, moved his first steps towards the triumph of fantasy.
